District Commissioner's Cup - B1 & B2
22nd Annual DC Cup - Spring 2010

The 22nd Annual District Commissioner’s Cup will be held on the weekend of May 22-23, 2009 at the Seminole Soccer Complex, 1900 Seminole Soccer Loop, Sanford, Florida 32771.

To register for the 22nd Annual DC Cup, download and print out the attached form (pdf file). Coaches must sign the application and mail it with a check in the amount of either $200 (U7 - U10 teams) or $225 (U11 - U16 teams).  DO NOT use prior year DC Cup application forms.

All Entries must be received by Saturday, May 8, 2010.

DC Cup 2009 Mandatory Coaches Check-in

MANDATORY Coaches Check-in - Altamonte Springs Chapel Social Hall on Thursday, May 14, 2009 from 6 pm to 9 pm.

A MANDATORY coaches meeting and check in will be held on Thursday, May 14th, 2009 at the Altamonte Chapel, 6 pm – 9 pm. Each team MUST have a representative at this meeting. There will be NO check in after Thursday night. Ensure that you bring your respective coaches and player’s passes. Rosters for those that played in league play will be provided by FYSA. If your team played in-house, your registrar will need to provide you with an event roster to present with your player passes at check in. Coaches must be listed on all rosters.

District Commissioner's Cup - B1 & B2
21st Annual DC Cup - Spring 2009

The 21st Annual District Commissioner’s Cup will be held on the weekend of May 16-17, 2009 at the Dewey O Boster Sports Complex, 1200 Saxon Boulevard, Deltona, Florida 32725.

To register for 21st Annual DC Cup, go to the secure site at www.fysa.com. A club representative must register your team, print the completed application and give it to the coach to sign. Coaches must sign the application and mail it with a check in the amount of $225.  DO NOT use prior year DC Cup application forms.

All Entries must be received by Friday, May 1, 2009.
