Division A teams - Spring 2009 - 1st and 2nd place teams get GCF t-shirts per Scoreline Group Ranking.

Please email the following to the GCF Awards:

• Team Gender (Boys or Girls)
• Team Division (State Cup/Region Cup divisions)
• Team Age Group Division
• Team’s Club
• Team Code (ex. XYZ 401)
• Team Contact Information (contact name, phone, email, and  team position (ex. coach))
• Team’s t-shirt Order (includes coach, asst coach, and team manager):
  • sizes:  Adult Small, Adult Medium, Adult Large, Adult X-Large, Adult 2XL
  • total count per size
  • total number of t-shirts
