GCF Scholarships for Seasonal Year 2012 - 2013
Rudy Spueller & Phillip Reno Scholarships

The Rudy Spueller & Phillip Reno Scholarships

The Rudy Spueller (Youth Soccer Players) & Phillip Reno (Youth Soccer Referees) Scholarships is offered to graduating high school seniors who have played in and/or refereed for GCFYSL affiliated clubs for at least three years (six seasons).

The Scholarship Selection Committee was formed at the January 2013 monthly meeting.

Preliminary Scholarship information is now posted on the Forms page. Submission of scholarship applications will be taken February 1st through March 18th, 2013.  Final application submission date is Monday, March 18, 2013

Attention 2012-2013 Scholarship Candidates: GCF Scholarships for Seasonal Year 2012 - 2013 will be awarded at the GCF Monthly Meeting in May, currently scheduled to be held on Monday, May 6, 2013. Players will be notified when the committee has made their selections.

Attention 2012-2013 Scholarship Candidates: The scholarship awardees will be notified on Thursday, May 2nd. The Scholarship Committee, on Thursday, May 2nd, will give the webmaster the list of all of the winners for posting and then they will follow up the web announcement with emails and/or personal calls to all awardees that week.

NOTE:  Each winner is requested to send me an email to treasurer@gcfsoccer.com verifying their school of choice so that the checks can be made out correctly.

We will present the checks on Thursday, July 24, 2012 at the GCF Monthly Meeting.
