2023 Spring Season

Registration for GCFYSL Spring 2023 is now open. 

Deadline is Feb 4. Contact us if you are unable to register by then.

New Payment Requirement. GCF now requires a credit card entry for each team. The registration fee WILL NOT be charged until Feb 4. You still have the option to mail payment by check (and reduce processing fees), but a card must be attached to the account to ensure payment will be received. 

Registration. Teams can enter through the registration link. Clubs can enter through the club-enabled application. 

Payment by check. You have the option to avoid credit card processing fees by paying by check. Please identify which teams you are covering and send payment by February 4 to: GCFYSL, PO Box 700146, St. Cloud, FL 34770 

Clubs in bad standing. If your account is past due from the previous season, you will need to pay outstanding invoices before your teams will be accepted or your players will be eligible for scholarships. Please contact Treasurer Patty Herodier to resolve these issues, treasurer@gcfsoccer.com.

Add POC in GotSport to every team. It is very important that your league POC be added to every team (customarily as manager) in GotSport so they will receive all team chat communication.


TO REGISTER MULTIPLE TEAMS AS ADMIN/REGISTRAR:

  1. From the GotSport Dashboard go to Teams then Registrations in top menu bar or 
    From Club Management go to Team Registrations > Registration
  2. Find GCFYSL Spring 2023. If you do not see it while scrolling click All Events button and search for GCFYSL. Click Register.
  3. To narrow the team list, set the Level filter to FYSA Competitive and click Search. (optional).
  4. Set the Preferred Division. 
  5. Click Application Form.
  6. Continue through registration:
  • e-sign the registration commitment
  • enter blackout dates if available (this can be done later)
  • choose Non-Member or Member fee
  • complete checkout

TO REGISTER AN INDIVIDUAL TEAM:

  1. Start at https://system.gotsport.com/event_regs/1ff5c5854f
  2. Login to GotSport.
  3. Next to the appropriate team click Register. 
  4. Continue through registration:
  • e-sign the registration commitment
  • enter blackout dates if available (this can be done later)
  • choose Non-Member or Member fee
  • complete checkout
